First of all I am a mom of 3 Neva, age 11, Orson age 9 and Cora age 6.  

I have spent the last five years on my physical health, wellness and self development.

 Four years ago I started a home business through ZYIA Active. Not only is our gear comfortable, affordable and full of style our community has been an amazing part of my journey. Daily I get to be a part of other's lives by coaching and inspiring them through fitness, health and wellness. With the decision to focus on myself  and others I am able to go through my life with strength. We are all given one life, one chance to find who we are, one chance to live our lives in freedom, love and happiness.
